May Happenings!

We had so much fun this month. We went to the Florence Griswold Art Museum that sits along the riverbanks in Old Lyme. This beautiful tree is over 250 years old, and artists have left their mark on it over the years.

the picture above is my most favorite from that day, unbeknownst to me, mom was taking a picture of me on the old stump while I was taking these pictures of the kids(too cute)!

This month also marked Nates last day at Headstart. His teacher, Ms. Judy was just the best!
next year he will go to the Intergrated Preschool at our local elementary

We also had the opportunity for Travis & Emma to be in our towns Memorial Day parade. This was Emma's second year marching with her brownie troop. She was the hit of her troop with the flags proudly displayed in her ponytails. I got towalk with Emmas troop and Eric walked with Travis.

Travis marched with the 5th graders from Montville who graduated from the DARE prograqm. We were very proud of him, He marched the whole 2 miles and didn't complain (maybe being behind the fire truck that was throwing candy had something to do with it, Who knows)
